Sauteed with shallots, garlic, eggs, and a whole bunch of other stuff. It was amazing!!! I wish I could have some right now.

- I find the best way to enjoy life is through tasting life. By trying new foods we learn a little more about ourselves and the people who made it. Some of us even form strong bonds with people over food. Being able to try new foods is a sign that you're open to new things and people. I like to learn about different cuisines because I usually end up learning about the cultures itself. This is why I love food so much. I feel so connected to people and their culture. Corny?! Well, I also believe food is just damn tasty and is more than worthy of it's own channel and not to mention thousands of blogs.

the canadian crabs look so delicious!
i want to tell something to viewers.
eating crabs can sound nasty BUT
it's not that bad when you try it.
like when you see the about me mary chuc thingy it says that
by trying new foods we can learn a little more about ourselves and the other people who made it.
so before you say no way i'm not eating that,just remember everybody around the world eats different weird foods too.
maybe even in your cultures.
so let's taste life and enjoy it.
